- The 'Street Tuff' and 'New Yorker' are our latest Woodfired oven trailers, designed from customer feedback to have and provide maximum durabilty , longevity and ease of use, do to numerous requests these ovens are now substantially higher than our previous models and the trailers have been redesigned to accomadate this as well as greatly strengthening the existing design', when used with our latest Vulcan plus oven they offer a formiddible partnership in terms of durabilty and coping with the exteme climates of living in the UK. Come sunshine, rain and snow this combination will perform. The body panels being either 304 grade stainless steel or zinc coated plastisol sheets will come with a lifetime guarantee in terms of functionality and require very little maintenance - these trailers will not rattle and fall apart. All fixings, locks/latches and hinges used are stainless steel throughout. The oven and chassis will have a standard 2 year warranty but a lifetime conditional R.T.B warranty where any mishaps or accidental damage you encounter outside the normal warranty throughout your ownership will be charged at material and part costs only, buy with confidence is a bit of a cliche but
- The 'New Yorker' is of a mainly stainless steel design and is retro designed to emulate the 1970's style of new york streetfood carts and trailers.
- The 'Street Tuff' is just that, the materials used are 'allweather' plastic coated zinc based steel as used in commerical cladding industry and guaranteed for 10 years.
- Both trailers incorporate our very latest Vulcan Plus oven which sits on an integral heavy duty frame and is fitted with industrial grade 'Tico Strips' to assist shock absorbtion and anti vibration.

- Extras (Please ask for prices)include hand wash and fold down shelf , Gastronorms and Spare wheel, we can also laser cut or provide a lasered nameplate with your business name f.o.c.
- Deposit - On either trailer a Deposit with an order of £1000,00 inc vat is required. Deposit is non refundable once work has commenced, trailers are hand built to order. Full balance must be paid, whether in instalments or a final single payment.

Optional - self contained and designed to provide a hand washing facility when standard mains plumbing is impractical to install or impossible to reach, the hand wash station contains a water tank for clean water. This tank is stored internally but can be easily removed and refilled with normal tap water whenever necessary. With setup possible in any location with power, the hand wash station is incredibly versatile and a necessary addition to any location or site where hand washing facilities are needed.

- Up to 100 washes from a single fill
- Keeps water at a suitable temperature for approximately over 6 hours when filed with water above 65°c (suitable temperature between 36-56°c - Drops about 5°c per hour at 15°c ambient)
- Unit has a 19L insulated water container and comes complete with a removable wash bowl
- Unit is compact and can be easily transported
- The deluxe stainless steel tap has a lever mechanism that can easily be turned off with your elbow
